This leading European port logistics provider operates major container terminals in Hamburg. The challenge was to analyze, document, and enhance the existing JMS-based communication framework that handled the majority of the company's internal IT communication, plus develop a highly complex IT control center (Leitstand) with integrated web server, database, and SSH-based communication.

I conducted comprehensive analysis and documentation of the company's existing JMS communication framework, implementing enhancements and fixing critical bugs. Independently developed a highly complex IT control center (Leitstand) in Java featuring integrated web server, database, and SSH communication with HTML5 UI via Vaadin. Created innovative framework supporting asynchronous communication with callback mechanisms for synchronous bidirectional requirements.
